Deposits

If you wish to secure an item by paying a deposit the amount will be agreed with you and will be a reasonable percentage of the total price and will also reflect the amount of work required by us in securing the item. Should you change your mind then some or all of the deposit will be retained by us to cover our costs or in the case of a stock item we may withhold some or all of the deposit for missed selling opportunities depending on how long we have held the item for you.

If you commission us to order a bespoke or personalised item then deposits are non-refundable.

Product Guarantees

All items purchased from us are covered by the relevant manufacturers’ guarantees. If any product purchased form us develops a fault within its warranty period please contact us to discuss repair/replacement within the terms of the guarantee. This does not cover general wear and tear.

Delivery

Orders via our web shop will be despatched within 5 working days.

Please note that we cannot deliver chokes outside of the UK.

All goods are subject to availability. If an item is not in stock we will order it for you or give you the option to cancel your order and receive a refund.

For orders via our web shop we offer free delivery to any UK address.

Orders via telephone carry a delivery charge and you will be advised of this when you place your order.

Items ordered after 3pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party we cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.


 

Returns & Refunds – Distance Sales

If you change your mind about your purchase you can request a refund/replacement within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned to us in the condition they were received by you – unused and unopened in their original packaging and in condition suitable for resale as new.

If you are returning the goods by post then the cost of doing so will be borne by you. We recommend that you send all returns fully insured as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

If you wish to swap an item for an alternative size, colour or style or would like a different item instead then, if applicable, postage will be charged.

Refunds will be made via the method you used to pay for the goods. Refunds will be made within 14 days after the day we receive the goods or from when you advise us of your wish to cancel (whichever is sooner).

Returns & Refunds – Face to Face Sales

You may return goods unused and unopened in their original packaging and in condition suitable for resale as new within 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for a refund; if you no longer have your receipt we can offer you an exchange.

Refunds will be made via the method you used to pay for the goods.

Please note that bespoke / personalised goods are non-refundable.

Specifications

Information and images on our web site are correct to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to change specifications without notice.

VAT

All our prices include VAT at the current UK rate of 20%. Children’s clothing and footwear are zero rated for VAT.

Card Security

Payments for orders placed via our web site are managed wholly by Worldpay and meet with the strict terms of PCI DSS compliance. No card information is held by us.

Privacy Policy

We take customer privacy very seriously.

We do not collect or retain credit/debit card information. All card transactions via our web shop are handled by Worldpay.

Information we collect includes name, address, email address and phone number.

We only use information provided by you when placing an order to complete that order. This includes information you provide about someone else if you are ordering the item as a gift to be delivered directly to the recipient. We do not share this information with any third parties except where necessary to complete the order.

Email addresses and phone numbers provided to assist with ordering are only used for this purpose and will not be used for marketing purposes.

If you subscribe to our newsletter then we will use your email address for this purpose only and our email lists will never be sold to a third party. Each newsletter comes with an unsubscribe option and this removes you from the list instantly.
